Wholesale Requirements
To qualify for wholesale registration, products must be for resale at a retail establishment in Canada or the USA. Canadian retailers need to provide a Business/PST number or a completed exemption certificate.
An initial order must be a minimum of $400.00 CAD/USD. We accept MasterCard, Visa, cheque*, or money transfer*. All credit card information is secure and used only upon order fulfillment.
*Receive a 3% discount on cheque or money transfer payments.
Our Incense cones and ovens are available all year round. For bigger orders please follow our order deadlines and availabilities. Later orders on request, as long as stock lasts.

Return Policy
Please notify us via e-mail or phone if there is a problem with your order. We take pride in providing excellent service. A “return” requires our authorization to either 1. Replace an item(s) and or 2. Issue a credit toward future purchases. An order cancellation must be made within 3 business days of the original order date to prevent a 20% restocking/shipping & handling.
