It's coffee day

IT´S COFFEE DAY 2017!

Vancouver, B.C., October 01, 2017

Enjoy a freshly brewed coffee and the smell of roasted coffee beans.

Did you know that coffee is made out of a plant that´s called coffee or coffee and is a bush or tree that can grow up to ten meters high? Originally, coffee plants grew in Africa, but now it is an important crop for the economies in a lot of other countries in parts of South and Central America, and even Asia. The drink is made from the seeds, called coffee beans and is a popular drink all over the world. It is usually served as a hot drink containing a chemical called caffeine, a mild drug that keeps people awake.

Coffee is served in various flavours and different brewing methods. Choose your favourite from the following list we found on wikipedia:

Espresso
... is brewed by forcing a small amount of nearly boiling water under pressure through finely ground coffee beans. Espresso is generally thicker than coffee brewed by other methods, has a higher concentration of suspended and dissolved solids, and has crema on top (a foam with a creamy consistency). As a result of the pressurized brewing process, the flavours and chemicals in a typical cup of espresso are very concentrated.

Cappuccino
... is an Italian coffee drink that is traditionally prepared with double espresso, and steamed milk foam. Variations of the drink involve the use of cream instead of milk, and flavouring with cinnamon or chocolate powder. It is typically smaller in volume than a caffè latte, with a thicker layer of micro foam. The name comes from the Capuchin friars, referring to the colour of their habits, and in this context referring to the colour of the beverage when milk is added in small portion to dark, brewed coffee (today mostly espresso). The physical appearance of a modern cappuccino with espresso créma and steamed milk is a result of a long evolution of the drink.

Coffee arabica
... is a species of Coffee originally indigenous to the forests of the southwestern highlands of Ethiopia. It is also known as the "coffee shrub of Arabia", "mountain coffee", or "arabica coffee". It is believed to be the first species of coffee to be cultivated, and is by far the dominant cultivar, representing some 70% of global production. Coffee produced from the less acidic, more bitter, and more highly caffeinated robusta bean makes up the preponderance of the balance.

Coffee latte
... is getting more and more popular these days. It is a coffee drink made with steamed milk and espresso . The term as used in English is a shortened form of the Italian caffè latte, which means "milk coffee".  In northern Europe and Scandinavia, the term café au lait has traditionally been used for the combination of espresso and milk. In France, caffè latte is mostly known from the original Italian name of the drink (caffè latte or caffelatte); a combination of espresso and steamed milk equivalent to a "latte" is in French called grand crème and in German Milchkaffee or (in Austria) Wiener Melange.
