Wholesale Requirements
To be eligible to register as a wholesale client, the products being purchased must be for resale at a retail establishment. You must provide us with your business tax number (Canada: GST and PST number/USA EIN or TIN) or if you do not have a business tax number, a completed exemption certificate.
We require that your initial order meets a minimum of 400.00 CAD/USD, costs for shipping and handling are not included and will be calculated with 13% of your total order. Calculation based on ground shipments (10-15 business days). Smaller re/orders will be calculated individually from warehouse Vancouver and depend on the order and shipping address. Any costs which may arise for customs and taxes are not included.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Cheque*, or Money Transfer.* All credit card information is secure and is only used upon fulfilment of your order.

All delivered goods remain in possession of HUSS Incense (a division of ADEPT24 Business Solutions Inc.) until all payments are fully balanced.

How to order without ShopZio
1. Download and print out the below “PDF order form” for the country your business is based or access the EXCEL form to order your stars. The order will be calculated automatically.
2. Enter the amount of each product by selecting the colour. Select a method of payment (money transfer, cheque or credit card).
3. Forward your filled form via email to service@hussincense.com.
A confirmation will be sent containing prepayment agreements (20% due on receipt of proforma invoice), delivery, etc., once an order is placed.

Suggested Retail Price
Products or goods purchased from HUSS Incense shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP).
Wholesale Pricing

Shipping/Delivery
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Individually calculated shipping costs will be added to the final invoice.
Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time.
Returns
Please notify us via e-mail or phone if there is a problem with your order. We take pride in providing excellent service. A “return” requires our authorization to either 1. Replace an item(s) and or 2. Issue a credit toward future purchases. An order cancellation must be made within 3 business days of the original order date to prevent a 20% restocking/shipping & handling.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at service@hussincense.com within 3 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
