We ship within Canada and the USA and use different carriers e.g. Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx. Shipping charges will depend on the size, weight and destination of your package. During the check out you can choose you preferred shipping method and the shipping costs will be individually calculated.
All shipments are trackable. Should you wish to have your order sent by another method, please advise us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we’ll do our best to assist you. We will provide a shipping quote. In-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday excepting Holidays) from receipt of order. Please note that the delivery times may vary depending on the location of the recipient.
International shipping to the United States will take approximately 7-10 business days.
For international and direct shipping from the manufactory any costs which may arise for customs and taxes are not included.
You will be notified of any out of stock items on your order. We apologize for this inconvenience and naturally, you can chose to wait for their arrival or cancel your pending order. We don't charge a handling fee.
We use secure payments by PayPal and accept Visa, MasterCard and ApplePay. Express.
If you want to place a special order, which you can't place within the checkout, please visit our Contact page to fill out the Online Contact form. Don't forget to include your postal or zip code. We will provide a shipping estimate within 2 businesses days but we're usually faster than that.

We will not share this information with any outside parties excepting Canada Post (or other delivery service) in order to complete the shipping of your order.
